Aperture Technologies and WorkplaceIQ to Create ASP Enterprise Solution for Real Estate
STAMFORD, CT -- (May 7, 2002) -- Aperture Technologies, Inc., a provider of business infrastructure management solutions, today announced a new joint agreement with workplaceIQ for the creation of a workplaceIQ-hosted ASP version of Aperture's Business Infrastructure Management solutions. The agreement also provides for the sale and delivery of a combined Aperture/workplaceIQ solution.

Currently, this partnership will allow both companies to expand their market reach. Aperture will be able to provide new and existing customers with a web-based ASP solution. The joint offering will combine strong portfolio management capabilities, including lease administration, transaction management, and project management with robust facility management visualizations.
For instance, from a web browser, real estate customers can move from a GIS view that can drill down to the floor plan view, review allocations and open the lease abstract to review their options and critical dates, before making a decision on relocation. Besides helping companies to visually manage their physical infrastructure, space, occupancy, furniture and equipment, Aperture allows companies to visually manage their technology infrastructure, including the location of devices, device connectivity, and capacity.
