Factual Data and RentRight Announce Software Integration |
LOVELAND, CO -- (April 11, 2002) -- Factual Data Corp. (Nasdaq: FDCC) announced yesterday the completion of an interface between Factual Data's Resident Qualifier resident screening software and RentRight's Property Management Software.
Factual Data's Resident Qualifier provides property managers with real time access to credit records, criminal histories, eviction data and fraud detection. The Resident Qualifier scoring model provides managers with an interactive method for combining statistical information with individual customer realities. The RentRight interface streamlines the applicant screening process by eliminating redundant data entry and multiple software installations. The RentRight interface is available to the 9,500 current RentRight customers through a free download and will be included in all new versions of RentRight.
