AnySite Technologies and Thompson Associates Integrate ANN ARBOR, MI -- (March 22, 2002) -- CEO Robert W. Buckner announced today that the plan for the integration of AnySite Technologies and Thompson Associates is fully complete. The integrated company will be known as Thompson Associates and will be the exclusive supplier of AnySite Brand Products. Thompson Associates, a provider of Predictive Analytical Tools and Consulting Services to the retail, restaurant, financial and real estate (brokerage and development) industries has been in business since 1959.

Thompson Associates acquired AnySite Technologies, a developer of business visualization software tools and applications, in March 2000. Mr. Buckner explained that the acquisition of AnySite was in response to the desire of clients to merge Thompson's analytical tools with AnySite's easy-to-use software. The synergy resulting from the union of these complementary companies has spawned a broad array of quality products at a range of price points. 

Buckner stated, "There is a growing need among retailers and other businesses to be able to quickly and efficiently access and analyze their internal information in the context of third-party data, such as demographics or lifestyle characteristics." 

Lisa Ackerman, one of the founders of AnySite Technologies and a member of the Thompson sales team stressed, "We are still the same great company. Only now, we are able to provide more resources and options for our clients." As part of the completion of the integration process, Thompson Associates has promoted John Hobson to Vice President Product Development, replacing Casper Zublin. Thompson Associates will continue to benefit from Mr. Zublin's expertise, as he will remain a member of the Thompson Board of Directors. 

John Hobson has been with Thompson Associates and AnySite Technologies for 5 years. Mr. Hobson's career spans 21 years in the marketing information industry and includes software applications design. Mr. Buckner said, "We look forward to utilizing John's talents in his new role within our integrated organization."
